Parish Church Our Church in the Computer Age |

A special evening with the title "Our
church in the Computer Age" was held in
November 2002. Our ICT (Information communication Technology) Task
Group demonstrated and explained the use of computers in the church. It began with a short PowerPoint Presentation in the Foyer showing how the church already uses and can develop this technology - e.g. e-mail, word processing, digital camera, church secretary, minister, parish news production, internet, church roll, finance, Sunday Gang, Summer Club etc. The second part of the evening allowed participants to try out computers and related equipment e.g. digital camera. A large number of people attended and lots of ideas were generated. |
